چکیده
Project systems are essential to the success of a construction project since they provide models and techniques recommended for planning. Performance is most important part planning process. Despite fact that industry has traditionally been afflicted by insufficient overdependence on tradition integrated planning, building information modelling (BIM) technology frequently in recent years proposed increase effectiveness performance facilities. The practical goal this research apply BIM enhance efficiency structural A quantitative questionnaire was used summarise benefits capabilities these technological advances field As result, constructed based prior dealt with positive benefits, topics were generated areas cost, time, communications, conflicts, documentation, other key indicators design phase feasibility studies. results calculated from relative means filled purpose, average rate 0.816 percent, reflecting importance technique. Hence, will be relatively high due its built environment.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Project Management: a Stakeholders Perspective
Construction projects are becoming much more complex and difficult to manage. As a response Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been developing at a very fast pace. The major shift in ICT for the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector is the spreading of Building Information Modeling (BIM) (Bryde, Broquetas, & Volm, 2013). BIM is a system and its main objective is...
